Shipping policy

Pedal Commander® orders are shipped Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM PST (excluding some holidays).

Handling Time

  • Standard Shipping: 4-10 business days (processing time up to 3 business days) 

  • Expedited: 2-4 business days. Orders received before 12:00 PM PST will be shipped the same business day. Orders received after 12:00 PM PST may be shipped the following business day.

  • 1-Day Shipping: 1 business day. Orders received before 12:00 PM PST will be shipped the same business day. Orders received after 12:00 PM PST may be shipped the following business day.

  • PO Boxes: Orders shipped to P.O. Box addresses are shipped only by USPS.

After shipping an order, you will receive an email with tracking details.

Local Pickup is available by appointment only at 4690 Calle Quetzal, Camarillo, CA 93012.

For customers interested in Local Pick-up, please contact us prior to ordering at 805-365-1010, Monday - Friday 8 AM - 4 PM PST, or email us at customerservice@pedalcommander.com, and we will coordinate a pick-up time.

Shipping Insurance

Pedal Commander® offers shipping insurance to protect against unexpected damage or loss that occurs before a package reaches its destination. Once you know your shipment has been damaged or lost, you must file a claim with our customer service team as soon as possible. We will ship you a new unit for FREE if your order was lost by the logistics company.

International Shipping Policy

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • All orders received before 12:00 PM PST will be shipped the same business day. Orders received after 12:00 PM PST may be shipped the following business day.

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes - Pedal Commander® is not responsible for any shipping delays caused by customers or customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees incurred during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

*Please note that the Original Shipping Costs are NON-Refundable.

This Policy shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the state of California. Any disputes between the Parties shall be resolved in the Superior Court of the County of Ventura, State of California. In the event of any litigation between the Parties arising out of this Policy, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover from the other Party its reasonable attorney's fees and costs.
