The basic steps of the Pedal Commander installation are always the same regardless of the vehicle's make and model:

Turn off the ignition and wait 10-15 minutes with your driver's door open to allow your ECU to shut down.

Disconnect your accelerator pedal assembly plug, then plug in the heads to connectors on the Pedal Commander harness.

Clean up the area where you want to mount the control unit with the alcohol wipe. Stick the bracket with the supplied velcro.

After you make sure the cables are secure and won't be tangled, you are ready to enjoy Pedal Commander.

Very touchy in Sport+ (almost not usable in stop and go). Definitely fun to use when at speed or above 5-10MPH. I keep mine set at City on setting 4. Definitely less gas mileage but worth every penny. SMILES PER GALLON Screw MILES PER GALLON Great for really allowing for crawling as well. Set it to Eco mode -4 and you'll be amazed at the throttle control and how slow it reacts. Very Very frustrating when you forget to reset to your favorite setting for street driving though. ha ha ha

My 2020 Jeep Compass trailhawk was sluggish and I had to take time to join the on going traffic. Sometime the gear shift was slow and you had to push the pedal hard. This totally changed after I installed the Pedal commader and this changed they way the compass accelerates and how quick the gear aligns with the pedal pushed. I would recommend to everyone who owns a Jeep Compass. This is how the stock pedal should have been from the company. I have kept it in sport mode 0 settings by default. Jus love this product.
