The Pedal Commander team would like to work with companies, business to business, to provide even more motorists with this significant performance advantage through local shops and vendors like yourself.
COLLECTED INFORMATION (DATA)
When you apply for the dealership program, Pedal Commander collects and processes Identity (Name, Surname), Contact Information (Email, Phone), Finance (Business Tax ID), and Work Experience (Business Name) information with the purposes of communication, execution of finance and accounting affairs, selection of dealers, operation of dealership program, execution of marketing processes of products.
Your information will only be passed on to third parties if this is necessary to operate the program. Otherwise, Pedal Commander does not transfer your information to any third party except sister companies. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information unless we provide you with advance notice.
