Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Return/Exchange Policy

We want to make sure each customer is satisfied with their purchase. If you're looking to return or exchange your Pedal Commander for whatever reason, we offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for an exchange with a different Pedal Commander (no charge) or a refund to the original payment method (there is a $9 processing fee and the customer is responsible for the return shipping postage).

Return Process

All returns must be made within 30 days of delivery. A valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained by contacting our customer service team at (805) 375 - 4333 or by email [email protected]

 

  • All unauthorized returns will be refused upon arrival at our location.
  • Any returns that do not meet our policy guidelines will not be accepted.

 

The return shipping and associated costs, is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly suggest choosing a shipping option that provides a tracking number to ensure your return makes it back to us. Pedal Commander is not responsible if the item is lost by the carrier when being returned.

 

All Pedal Commander purchases must be returned back to us in their original condition with no damage to the box, cables or unit itself. Please pack the unit in the box which you originally received, and place the Pedal Commander box inside another box/package (shipping labels on the outside of the Pedal Commander box could result in a restocking fee). Then send the package to the address provided on the return/exchange form.

 

Once the return has been received and approved by our customer service team, the customer will be credited to the original payment method used to purchase. There are no refunds on shipping.

Exchange Process
