What is the Return Policy?


We want to ensure that each customer is satisfied with their purchase. If you’re looking to return your Pedal Commander Unit, we offer returns within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your PC Unit for a refund using the original payment method. A $9 processing fee will be deducted from your original purchase price, allowing us to inspect the PC Unit for resale and replenish what was used in the kit.

  • When returning the Pedal Commander, the shipping is the customer's responsibility. We strongly suggest shipping with a tracking number to ensure your return is returned to us. (We can provide a return shipping label, however, $10.99 will also be deducted from your original purchase price.)
  • You may qualify for a partial refund if the returned product is damaged. Once we receive the product back, we will assess the conditions and notify you if the return does not qualify for a full refund.
  • If the Pedal Commander is not returned in its original condition, an additional Restocking Fee will be deducted from your original purchase price.

How do I return?

  • Please contact customer service at customerservice@pedalcommander.com.
  • Once your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with our shipping guidelines.

What items are returnable?

  • Within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Units are in their original condition with no damage to the cables or the unit itself.
  • The original Pedal Commander packaging and the serial numbers must be uncovered.

What are the refund options?

The item(s) that I received is damaged!


If the purchased product is faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery.


What is the Exchange Policy?


If you are looking to exchange your Pedal Commander Unit for whatever reason, we offer exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order that was purchased directly from an authorized reseller or the Pedal Commander website. You can return your product for an exchange with a different Pedal Commander Unit at no charge, however, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.


We allow exchanging a Pedal Commander Unit within the first 30 days of purchase. Please contact customerservice@pedalcommander.com to receive exchange instructions. You will receive an email with additional instructions once the exchange request has been submitted and approved.


**All international customers are responsible for the shipping costs of the exchange.


How do I ship the items back?


Please refer to the email you received after placing the return request for instructions on shipping the returned products.


How soon will I receive my refund?


Once you have submitted your return request, you will be informed if it has been approved or rejected. If approved, the return request will be processed within 48 business hours of submitting the form.


Once your returned item has been received and inspected by our receiving department, you will receive a notification via email stating that your refund has been issued. All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of checkout.


Will the original shipping be refunded?


The original shipping will not be refunded because the shipping label was purchased from the shipping facilities, and the package was delivered to the customer.

This policy shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the state of California. Any disputes between the Parties shall be resolved in the Superior Court of the County of Ventura, State of California. In the event of any litigation between the Parties arising out of this Policy, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover from the other its reasonable attorney's fees and reasonable costs incurred.
