What is the Return/Exchange Policy?
We want to make sure each customer is satisfied with their purchase. If you're looking to return or exchange your Pedal Commander for whatever reason, we offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for an exchange with a different Pedal Commander (no charge) or a refund to the original payment method (there is a $9 processing fee).
- When returning a Pedal Commander, the shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly suggest choosing a shipping option that provides a tracking number to ensure your return makes it back to us.
- If the returned product is damaged, you may qualify for a partial refund. We will assess the conditions once we receive the product back and will notify you in case that return is not qualified for a full refund.

What items are returnable?
- Within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Units in their original condition with no damage to the cables or unit itself.
- In the original Pedal Commander packaging with serial numbers uncovered.
What items are non-refundable?
The following items cannot be returned:
- Face Masks
The item I received is damaged!
If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.
Can the items be exchanged?
We allow the exchange of purchased Pedal Commander units. Once the exchange request is approved, you will receive an email with additional instructions.
What are the refund options?

How do I ship back the items?
For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5-7 working days after approval. Once the return has been received and approved by our customer service team, the customer will be credited to the original payment method used to purchase. There are no refunds on shipping.
