2015 Colorado z71 has power, but throttle is so soft, you have to keep pushing until it gears down and revs. With the power commander, I keep on sport -3 as it works so well my wife was wondering why I’m racing the cars next to me! Torque starts way lower and is a smooth acceleration and woke up this 6 cylinder a lot!

2017 Diesel Colorado was very sluggish in the throttle before Pedal Commander and I’m vey impressed with the response with it installed. Even with City setting of 3 it’s a nice improvement and setting of 4 was even more impressive. Haven’t tried the sport settings yet, but I can’t wait to see how quick the throttle response will be.

I wanted the Pedal Commander to get rid of the Turbo Lag. It takes a bit of getting used to but it definitely works in all City modes 1-4 and Sport but you really need to get used to Not pressing the pedal too hard right off the start because the Turbo will instantly kick in and your RPM’s shoot up way too fast which causes a lot of noise and not much acceleration, BUT , once you master your pressure on the pedal in City and Sport not pressing too hard but feeling when to slowly add more pressure to get you to the turbo boost it’s Awesome. What really stands out to me making a Huge difference is once im already driving about 60kms then I hit the gas in City or Sport it really takes off. I usually drive it in Sport alone without even going to +1 . I haven’t really had the chance to try and master Sport Plus. It just revs way too High and then the Turbo kicks in right away and seems to take away from the acceleration for some reason , maybe it works better in the older models with the V6 or a Silverado with a V8 ? but I’ve only had it for about a week so I’m sure I’ll figure it out sooner or later. All in all it’s an Amazing upgrade and it makes driving way more fun.

I went from driving a Turbo and Supercharged sedan to a zr1 Chevy Colorado. I love the truck but the stock throttle response was horrible. Huge lag when you try to accelerate and it just going down the highway with the cruise control on it would vary about 5 miles an hour on the most minor incline. I installed the pedal commander in about 5 minutes and took it for a test drive. The city mode setting is how this truck should drive. The sport mode and sport+ modes are insane. It absolutely fixed my only complaints about this truck. Well worth the money.

I installed the Pedal Commander in my 2022 Colorado to get rid of the lag or hesitation in the throttle. It was a 5 minute install and fit perfectly. I'm only on the City plus 3 setting and it's so much better. I have the 3.6 V6 with stock tires. I wasn't trying for performance just better drivabilty and response. So far it's a great product with no problems. In the future I'll try sport settings just to see what happens

I finally broke down and purchased one the only regret I have is that I didn’t do it sooner this is phenomenal gives me a better pedal response when I need it or it can slow my truck down the way I want it
I know that this unit bye passé or makes the truck act like it is carbureted with instant pedal response I don’t really know if it gives you more horsepower or takes away horsepower when needed but what I do now is that it seems like the truck has up to 75% more horsepower or 25% less horsepower depending on how you sat it

I installed my Pedal Commander on a 22 Chevy Colorado Ext cab V6 and there was a notoriously sluggish pedal. Installed in minutes and it solved that problem. Fully adjustable, and now there’s power on tap more readily.

Installed in my 2018 Chevy Colorado ZR2 in less than 10 minutes.What a difference this has made. I set it at "Sport +3," the acceleration rate is VERY noticeable. Tried it at "Sport Plus +4" mode...WOW! What a difference! Dialed it back to the "Sport +3," and am VERY pleased with its performance.As for MPG, I haven't had it long enough so see a difference either way. Will update.As for right now (I've only had it for a little over two weeks), I am VERY happy with the Commander. It is performing exactly as stated.

I bought a new ZR2 Colorado diesel. I noticed how slow the turbo 2.8l felt and after reading many reviews I bought the Pedal commander. It works Perfectly. It makes the turbo kick in almost immediately.I have had a small problem though. My trucks APP sensor hit the engine light and transmission shut down after reading inconsistent throttle power. I'll admit, I hit the gas pedal to speed up to get on the freeway and the revs went to 5k rpm first gear before hell broke loose.I unplugged it before taking it in and as described, it didn't show up in the computer logs at the dealership. After replacing the APP sensor and not finding what may have caused the sudden burst in unregular power the mechanic told me "don't plug it back in again, we won't cover it if this happens again".Just be cautious on how fast you speed up, don't go nuts like me.

It definitely works. I have a 2018 Chevy Colorado ZR2 and it definitely has a noticeable difference! In Sport+ mode it’ll set you back in your seat, in my truck anyway. I have to be careful I don’t get in too big of a hurry because it’ll light the tires up for a good distance. HaHa. I plan to leave it maxed out in summer use and lower it completely for winter driving. I feel that it was well worth the money. A super easy install and a fairly inexpensive upgrade mod for your vehicle, just plug and play and that’s it. I’m satisfied.

The Pedal Commander was east to install. Several modes. It will give a pep in your vehicles step. I don't think there is much difference regarding fuel mileage but in the Sport modes, when you barely press the gas pedal your vehicle will get up and go. In the Eco mode you will have to press on the gas pedal harder to go and a lower accelation can be noticed.

Only negative thing I would have to say is it didn't come with any instructions but easy enough to figure out and hard to understand the different settings for each main setting. Otherwise, what a difference in power!!!

Bought this for my 2016 Chevy Colorado. Unfortunately it did not alleviate the shifting problems. The dealer downloaded a TSB for that issue and now it shifts and accelerates great. Fortunately it fit in my wife's 2016 Chevy Impala and she loves the increased acceleration. Overall very satisfied.

I put this on my 2018 Chevy Colorado LT 4x4. I have a Edelbrock 1518 supercharger on it and was having problems launching at the track. It was not building boost and leaving lazy.I could barely do a standing burn out due to the torque nanny's pulling horse power before it built enough boost. With the commander set to Sport+ . My truck now lights off the tires almost to easily. On a 2 wheel drive launch it spins the tires all the way through 1st gear and half way through 2nd.In 4x4 launching truck launches hard and has easily cut 0.5 sec in the 1/4 mile.One of the best upgrades I have installed on my truck.

It will it a smile on your face, warning on your app don’t change the settings fast it will set a code and if you have a warranty it will void it , your car or truck has perm. Codes that you can’t delete and the shop can read them.

Wow, this is a must if you have a Ram Promaster City. The 1-2 second factory hesitation when you accelerate is gone with the unit on. The unit has different modes at a touch of a button. Regular around town; City mide is a good choice, sport mode is fun, sport plus makes you feel there was a bigger engine swap. Not worried about millage, just wanted the hesitation gone and this is the cure. Worth every penny!
