Customer Service - Social Media

Pedal Commander looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Social Media team!

You will be responsible for answering customer service inquiries on a variety of social media networks including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Youtube. The preferred candidate will be fluent in Spanish and/or French, both written and spoken.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Proactively monitor Facebook, Twitter, and other social media channels for customer feedback and concerns
  • Develop deep awareness of our products to address user inquires that include, but are not limited to product compatibility, benefits/features, installation requirements, and basic application troubleshooting
  • Engage on social media platforms by responding to questions, liking different posts/comments, and evaluating reviews/feedback
  • Professionally respond to and resolve customer service issues, exchanges, returns, refunds, shipping, and complaints

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of previous customer service experience particularly with written forms of customer service
  • Basic Knowledge of Social Media
  • Excellent written communication skills: grammar, sentence structure, and spelling
  • Strong typing skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong customer service orientation and aims to exceed customer expectations in conjunction with company goals
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Bilingual Preferred - Can read and write in Spanish and/or French
  • Automotive knowledge is a plus
