I have a 2014 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon 3.6. Metal Cloak front bumper with stinger and 12,000 lb winch. I have JCB rear bumper with tire carrier. Dry weight with me in it is 5,500 lbs. I'm running 35/12.50/18 Cooper STT Pro tires. Before Pedal Commander my Jeep was always needing throttle. Hunting for gears and throttle lag was stupid. After Pedal Commander setting on City +4. Wow!!!! The best money I've spent so far. No more throttle lag and no hunting for gears. Absolutely the best purchase I've made for this rig. I highly recommend buying one. It makes my rig drive so much easier and fun. Thank you Pedal Commander.

I was premature obtaining the pedal commander, in that the vehicle on which I'd intended to put it on had to be returned to the seller because after nearly a month, could not produce a title! So if maybe in the future I get a next vehicle of the same year model I'll have to sell the module I guess. Was looking forward anyway to trying it out.

Install was normal. Little bit sight issue for me. Drop plastic and metal plate under steering wheel column. Made easier to see. Customer service was fantastic. Had issue with bluetooth app. They responded fast and I had issue resolved.

So this is my 3rd pedal commander purchase and I am a believer! Our jeep is a 2018, with a 4 inch lift and 37’s. She’s a bit heavy and slow, but this really helped with acceleration off the red lights as well as being able to accelerate quicker in traffic. These guys make a great product for the price, and I love that it doesn’t do anything with the ECM, just the pedal response itself.

I will say the pedal response is awesome now but I can’t get my fuel mileage back due to loving the responsiveness in sport modes.

Although it was tough to disconnect the original wire from the throttle in my 2010 Jeep Wrangler, the rest of the install was very straightforward. Very easy setup with the app; however, the instructions need updating because the serial number is now on the packaging. I had fun running through the new throttle options, and even in eco mode, the response is quicker than stock. One suggestion is to make the app accessible in CarPlay or Android Auto, so modes could be changed without having to use your phone.

Easy to install, using the app it was a breeze setting up. After installing the Pedal Commander my jeep accelerates like it has a super charger on it. The lag is gone and the throttle is a whole lot more sensitive. I wish I bought the Pedal Commander sooner. Definitely worth the price.

Installed the Pedal Commander on my 2018 Jeep JKU with a six-speed manual transmission. Accelerating and up-shifting though the gears was not smooth due to throttle lag when letting out the clutch. Installed the module in 15 minutes as advertised. After some test drives, I have the module set at City +2 and the lag is removed. Gear shifts are now buttery smooth.

Being the typical guy, installed, set to Sport+ level 4. Easier than I anticipated. Wow. Not safe for traffic use! Feels like the front end wants to come up. Found Sport level 3 is just right. Only lost .5 mpg and still leaps off the line.

I installed the Pedal Commander in my 2013 Jeep Wrangler to overcome a built in hesitation. It did help, but certainly did not take the hesitation away. Even on the Sport + mode there is some hesitation. It feels good right off the line but then there is a spot at about 10%-15% throttle that lags a bit. I feel the Pedal Commander was more expensive than the results I got from it. I would not recommend it.

Total different vehicle with the Pedal Commander. I’ve set it to ECO -4 for my little Nashville commutes. MPG gains are about 3 to 5. On the interstate double it. I’m in a Jeep Wrangler not a rocket ship. So for me it’s the gas mileage. On the trail in Sport Mode +1 I’m leaving the dust behind me. Let’s just say that I have my Jeep the way I want it. Save your favorite settings, you’ll be glad.

With 4 modes and 9 levels within each mode for 36 different variations to make your drive exciting. Lastly, installation was a breeze as this is plug and play. I have a 2015 Jeep Wrangler Sahara and the Pedal Commander really works. It got rid of the lag when you accelerate. I started with city mode+4 and it made a difference. I now use Sport mode+4 and response time is quicker than city. No more lagging behind at stop lights and freeway driving is much easier now maneuvering around traffic. It is a pain in the ass to get to the plug at the top of the gas pedal but once you get it plugged in it is well worth the effort. Would have liked to see what it would have done on my 2016 Camaro 2SS. I would highly recommend it if you want quicker take offs while driving. Jeeps are not the fastest vehicle on the road but with the pedal commander you won’t be left in the dust anymore.

Like most automotive enthusiasts, I am always looking for
ways to improve the performance of my vehicles. My Wrangler is no different. I get it. It a Jeep, not a Z06, but that doesn’t mean there isn’t room for improvement! I had already re-geared for larger tires and while that was quite noticeable, it still felt a bit sluggish. I did some research, read customer reviews and even watched some automotive shows, like TruckU and Gears. All that research seemed to point to one solution… PEDAL COMMANDER! I got an email from Pedal Commander offering $60 off, so I placed my order. It arrived right on time and packed in a nice hard-plastic box. The hardest part of the installation was accessing the plug on my accelerator pedal. It’s tight back there. Once that was done, and the device was neatly hidden away, it was just a matter of programming. I already knew pretty much what mode I would use, City +4, which is the last step before you get into the SPORT modes. Remember, it’s a Jeep. The beautiful thing about the Pedal Commander is that it has Bluetooth connectivity, so I can adjust the settings anytime I want without physically going to the device itself. Now, my Jeep is so much more responsive. No throttle lag at all! The Jeep was always fun to drive, but now even more so! Does Pedal Commander make more HP, no, and they don’t claim to, but it certainly does make your vehicle’s engine much more responsive, which is a great feeling. Especially if you’re merging in traffic, or just want to show off pulling away from that traffic light. So, if your looking for a simple, DIY modification that is something you can actually feel, Pedal Commander is what you want!

Had a stereo system installed and told the guy to install the pedal commander as well and we were discussing different places for the Stereo and I literally forgot about him installing the pedal Commander and when I got to takeoff wrecked my head on the roll bar and I was thinking for a second I forgot how to drive a clutch and it almost happened again and I was like why is this thing taken off so fast what am I doing wrong I thought I was popping the clutch and then I remembered I had him install the pedal commander and I didn’t touch anything it was set up factory and it threw me back in my seat. I bought this for my 392 Hemi Jeep Wrangler and the primary goal that I had was to calm down the Hemi in technical offroad 4WD Low crawling. The Hemi has a tendancy to be like an on off switch when offroading in 4WD Low. With the Eco mode, I am able to really smooth out my throttle and have a lot more finesse and control. The bonus for me is that the Pedal Commander also does a great job of improving throttle response and performance in the City, Sport and Sport Plus Modes! Sport + is like a hair trigger and not for the faint of heart!

Installing the pedal commander is pretty straight forward. On my 2018 Jeep jk, the tricky part was getting to the connection. It’s a blind connection so you need to go by feel. Also there isn’t a lot of room to maneuver around so some one with large hands might have an issue. Other than that, pretty easy to install.
