The stock 3.0 Bronco Raptor just felt like it was "towing" something... just did not have the feel of power that was advertised... just felt like it was being "held back." I've had the Pedal Commander on my old 2.7 Bronco... and made a HUGE difference! On the first drive of using the Pedal Commander on the 3.0 Bronco Raptor... it was a WOW moment! Gave the performance that I had been expecting out of the 3.0. I'm far from the most aggressive setting (Sport 1)... if I want... I can bark the tires... unable without the Pedal Commander. HIGHLY recommend getting it!!!

This little guy is honestly pretty amazing. I can’t believe the difference once it’s installed. No more lag when accelerating and there’s is so much more power. If you own a G6 Bronco this Device is a must!! The throttle response on my 2024 Badlands was terrible. I installed in 10 minutes and took it for a drive and it’s literally like an ON/OFF switch for your throttle. I will never own a vehicle now without a Pedal Commander!!

Installed on my 2022 Bronco Badlands, Icon Stage 4 Suspension, set as tall as it will go, with 37" Mickey Thompson AT's.
This thing is solid, easy to install, and—most importantly—didn’t cost me any skin off my knuckles. That alone puts it in the Top 10 Mods of All Time.
Now, does it fix the pedal lag from a dead stop?
Absolutely not.
You still mash the pedal, hear that sad little thunk on the floor, and the Bronco responds like, “Oh… you meant NOW? My bad.” So yeah, that delay is still very much alive.
BUT once you’re already rolling? Whole different animal. The mid-range and top-end wake up like the Bronco just crushed a Red Bull. With the Pedal Commander set to City 3, it feels like I unlocked a secret sport mode—without having to flip into 4A like you would with the Bronco’s GOAT sport setting.
And listen…
If your Bronco is lifted with big tires and pillow-soft suspension, you already know how spicy things get when the power kicks in. The rear squats, the front end goes light, and your front tires are basically waving hello to the pavement instead of actually touching it. Meanwhile, 4A is yanking you side to side like it’s trying to teach you a dance routine. So avoiding that is a major bonus.
Once the Bronco decides to participate, it’s genuinely fun to drive.
Overall, I’d recommend this to friends—with one important warning:
If you're buying it to eliminate that “press pedal / nothing happens / question your life choices” moment from a stop… yeah, no. It doesn’t fix that.

I am running a Ford 22 Outer Banks two door bronco with a 4 inch lift and 37 inch Mickey Baja Thompson tires. My average gas mileage was 12.5 and after installing the pedal Commander, I am experiencing a little over a 20% increase in fuel savings bringing my average gas mileage to 14.6. I purchased the Pedal Commander for my ‘23 Bronco Raptor. Based on my research, I expected the throttle response to be a lot better than stock, but was not prepared just how much better it actually is! All I can say is WOW!!! What a difference. I put my rig in Sport Mode, which increases throttle response a little bit and set the Pedal Commander in the highest setting, Sport+, +4. I thought I was in a brand new truck. The throttle lag was almost completely eliminated allowing all the power in the 3.0 418hp twin turbo engine to be immediately available, almost causing whiplash because I wasn’t quite ready for how well it would do. Bravo, Pedal Commander!!! Love it and highly recommend to everyone I talk to about it!

I had a discussion with another fellow while out to dinner one night with my wife. He noticed my Bronco Raptor and I was commenting on his Raptor R to my wife. He said he has Pedal Commanders in all his Raptors, as his wife owns a Ranger Raptor and his son a Bronco Raptor. He also said it was worlds apart from the stock throttle sensitivity. It makes my manual transmission lurch a little if you are not real careful with 1st gear. You get used to it though and it is easy to turn it off completely in case someone else is going to drive it. I actually was on the fence about returning it, but then I tried driving without it again. I then realized that a really prefer Pedal Commander Sport mode to standard Ford sport mode. I 'have' to keep it lol. All in all, the pedal commander is a great addition, although it takes some TLC.

I was absolutely blown away by the performance! My Bronco is an entirely new truck and it is truly a night and day difference. I have gotten to Sport +4 and it kicked my Bronco sideways in 2nd gear! I haven't tried Sport+ yet since it was so aggressive.

The PedalCommander Did fix the lag of dead stop to go. However, I still have an issue with throttling when already in motion.
I have gone through every setting (city, sport, sport+). I can say that You WILL feel a take off difference of each setting, but the "lag" is still there. It is only off the line, that the throttle lag is gone. The settings only make the pedal more touchy. So hit the gas in Sport+, You'll have the moment to think if the "Commander" is working, all of the sudden, you're taking off like a vampire out of heaven.
I would this Unit would be great on a 1/4 mile race track, but my Opinion is that it is Not good for street (normal) use. I have had to leave it on "City" setting and only "+1". And that is to eliminate the Throttle lag out of a stop. I have not yet found a setting that fixes the lag while already driving (already in motion).
I have a '21 Bronco. It already has GOAT modes. This thing interrupts that. All I wanted was a throttle delay fix. I am gonna keep messing with the settings for a couple more days, but so far, I am intending to send it back and see about another version.
Hope this review helps you all. It may be right up Your alley. I chose Pedal Commander because I like they it had its Own control adjust module. others ran through "App on phone" only. This has a little push button box that you can Immediate change setting on, without having to grab a phone, open app, wait for it, then set settings. I like that it was a "touch it when you want" kind of thing. I didn't care about sticking a Little controller box on my dash. I personally rather that than waiting for a phone to Bluetooth connect to change settings.

/manual combo is an annoying dead spot when moving from a stop. The Pedal Commander fixed that. Very happy with the purchase.

Read several articles touting this upgrade as the one that would add the missing piece to the 2.7L Bronco power plant: get up and go when the throttle was depressed... The one Ford neglected to include in this otherwise great platform. Yes, it did just that - it really des add that missing piece and erases the painfully disturbing lag between throttle and results - 90% of it anyway. I have it set to the +2 of City and even just a very mild increase in weight of foot on the throttle results in a distinct acceleration! I have even driven it enough to actually see a real 2 mpg increase in fuel economy. My roads are in high mountains with twists and turns with a speed limit of 60 at an altitude of 8k. I was averaging 19 and am now seeing 21 with just short of 12,000 on the odometer. I find most Fords will see better mileage over 10K, which I did here but not a very good one, with the PC installed is when I saw the bigger increase, which is now above the "sticker's" projections.
If you are wanting a more responsive throttle in your Bronco - just do it!

The pedal commander solves the lag issue with throttle peddle from Ford. Easy setup and use with the app. Only drawback is every time you start the vehicle you need to reconnect the app. Over all very happy with the product and would recommend to fellow Bronco owners.

Absolute must have for your Bronco. App works good so I just stashed the Commander box up in the dash without mounting. Honestly, how many times will you change the settings anyway? Suggestion for the app would be to allow storing a couple favorite settings, “highway” “city” “off-road” so a single button press gives you what you want.

I did not know what to expect coming into it or how difficult it was to put on but I was able to watch a video and then do it in less time it took me to watch the 5 min video... after driving it trying out all the modes. I like city the best for daily driving and it actually does make a big difference no more of the stepping on it to pass and it just doesn't do anything for a couple seconds this allows the bronco to respond immediately.. all in all a very worth while upgrade that makes a big difference in daily driving. and yes it makes more of a difference over just putting it into sport or eco mode on the bronco goat modes..

My new bronco 2.7 L two-door is a fun truck to drive ever since I got it but it always had a little bit too much accelerator lag for my taste so I bought the Pedal Commander and installed it. I’ve only tried it on sport one so far but wow what a difference. The truck is a badlands edition with no sport mode but with the Pedal Commander it doesn’t need it.
